This year, we’re totally vegan for Veganuary.
The halloumi burger is out, and we’ve replaced it with an incredible Banh Mi, soft baguette packed with char siu mock duck, house made sashimi mayo, crunchy bean sprouts, carrots, cucumber, mint and coriander topped with roast peanuts
For lunch, we’re introducing an exclusive set menu for any burger (includes our new special – Banh Mi), fries and an organic juice for £15. Available 12-5pm week days.
Our dessert menu (this was already all-vegan) includes the must-try chocolate cherry cake, sour cherry, coconut chantilly
Because we’re Mildreds, and we’ve been doing this for years, we don’t stop there either.
Our drinks are vegan, from removing milk (now a choice of soya, oat or almond) to our cocktails as we launch unmissable booze-free drinks such as the non-alcoholic old fashioned made with Faragaia (Scotland’s first ever non-alcoholic whisky), house made black chai syrup and smoked tonka bitters.
There’s also a non- alcoholic Moscow mule made with alcohol free vodka made by Strykk and pimento ginger beer.
In addition we have several aromatics to go with our tonic and soda; tonic and herbs, tonic grapefruit and rosemary, soda with cinnamon, orange and pomegranate and soda with elderflower cucumber and dill.
