With a little break away from the traditional, our wonderful team of chefs have created a couple of absolute must-try dishes, all vegan, and available over the festive season.
Firstly, our Morrocan-inspired main dish, is the Vegan Chick’n and Chickpea Pastilla with Jewelled Cous Cous, Cranberry and Rose Harissa
Followed by the ultimate Vegan Triple Chocolate Tart. Made with a Dark Chocolate base, Milk Chocolate Mousse and a White Chocolate Ganache, it’s garnished with Pistachios, Pomegranate Seeds and a Dried Orange Slice.
You won’t go thirsty either with our Vegan Eggnog (served hot or cold), and an irresistible Salted Caramel Espresso Martini and of course, the perfect winter warmer, Chai Hot Toddy.
