Every year on 8th March, International Women’s Day helps to recognise and commemorate the achievements of women from all over the world. Today is not only a day to pay tribute to the successes of women, but it’s also a time to reflect upon women’s struggle for equality and to talk about what we can do to combat them.
This year’s theme of #BreakTheBias is a call to action to actively call out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping each time you see it. But it’s not just about today. It’s every day. This small action is a step towards change for us all.
