Where do we deliver to?

We deliver UK WIDE. You can check whether we deliver to your postcode within the cart/checkout process.

Unfortunately, the following locations are not included within our delivery zone: Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands (Jersey/Guernsey), Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Republic of Ireland.

 

When is the cut off for deliveries each week?

The cut off for delivery in the same week is Tuesday, 4pm. Those orders will be dispatched on a Thursday for delivery on Friday of the same week. 

Any orders after Tuesday, 4pm would be delivered the following Friday or on your chosen future date.

 

How is delivery calculated?

We charge a delivery fee for each item ordered. This is due to the way the items are packed and sent.

Meal Kits & Cocktail Kits – £8 per item (sent via Parcelforce on your chosen date)
Cookbooks & Merch  – £3.10 per item (sent via Royal Mail in 3-5 business days – we will do our best to get these items to you on your chosen date but postage times may vary)
Gift Cards – no delivery fee (sent via email)

Please note that we can only deliver to one address per order. If you would like to order/deliver items to different addresses, please place multiple orders.

 

Can you specify a time slot for your delivery?

Unfortunately not, but our couriers will let you know on the morning a time slot you can expect your delivery in. It’s important to add your mobile number, so the courier can alert you via text message.

 

What if you miss the delivery?

It is important that there is somebody available to receive the parcel, however if the courier missed you, they may leave the package in a safe place with a card letting you know where it is.

 

Can you change or refund an order?

Any request to change or refund your order must be made to hello@mildreds.co.uk within 24 hours of placing the order. 

 

Can you customise the contents of a meal kit or cocktail kit?

Unfortunately we are not able to customise our meal kits at this stage.

 

Are there any known allergens in the meal kits?

We have noted the main allergens found in the boxes in the product description for each item. Please note that our meal kits and cocktail kits are packed in our Mildreds kitchens & bars by our teams. We do not have dedicated preparation or cooking areas in our kitchens for nut-free or gluten-free food. If your kit contains our vegan chick’n, please be aware that although the product is made with entirely plant-based ingredients, we are unable to guarantee the absence of whey protein (milk), egg and peanut during the production process and we advise that you avoid this product if you have an allergy to any of these foods. There may be a risk that traces of all known allergens may be found in the products contained within this package and we would recommend avoiding these items if this level of cross contamination will affect you or the intended recipient. We advise that you contact us directly if you have any allergies or intolerances or need more detailed information.
