Palak’s chick’n biryani
Palak’s biryani uses pea basmati rice, sliced amba chick’n pieces, fragrant spice mixes. Topped with spiced almonds, red chilli, coriander and crispy shallots. Served with a crunchy kachumber salad and refreshing mint yoghurt.
Ghizlane’s laam wrap
The warm naan bread is filled with tamarind ginger laam, a citrus dressed salad with fresh mint and parsley, red chilli, onion and mint yoghurt raita. Served with raita and guindilla chilli.
Chee’s Singapore noodles
Chee’s Singapore noodles are made with wok-fried vermicelli noodles, sesame oil, tamari, Singapore curry spice mix, stir fry vegetables, scrambled tofu, shredded pulled pok and beansprouts. Garnished with red chilli, coriander, spring onion and coriander.
