New month, New Supper Club menu.
Two months ago, we took on the challenge of experimenting with new menus in the Dalston kitchen, with the aim of creating a space for people to come together over their shared love of food. Supper Club has been more successful than we could have ever imagined, and we’ve loved sharing our creations with you while taking you on a flavour journey around the world.
We’re excited and ready to go into November with a new menu.
Our next Supper Club will feature our Fireworks tasting menu, inspired by Pan-Asian cuisine.
The November menu is inspired by flavours of Japan, Myanmar, India and China
‘bubble tea’: green gazpacho, kim chi caviar

nasu dengaku: ginger miso aubergine, edamame, dashi

lahpet thoke: burmese pickled tea leaf salad
